Noninvasive biomechanically-based structural assessments performed to identify poor alignment and body mechanics that negatively affect muscles and soft tissue structures. If these alignment and body mechanics issues aren't addressed, injuries and chronic pain result.

When these exercises are performed consistently, your quality of life will improve dramatically and you can successfully eliminate pain in your neck, back, shoulders, knees, feet, and ankles. Minimal equipment is needed, but a few inexpensive items will help facilitate your success.
Customized Strength Training Program An individualized program is built that addresses your medical history, injuries, muscle imbalances, and goals.
Customized Cardio Program An individualized cardiovascular program is built according to your current fitness level and goals.
Benchmark Fitness Testing A Full Fitness Assessment includes tests that will assess your body composition, aerobic fitness, and muscular strength and endurance. Partial assessments can also be done.
One-to-one Studio Training Work with your trainer one-to-one, 1-3 times per week to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals. ( Session packages are available) Your trainer continuously assesses your endurance, strength, and flexibility to evaluate your progress and update your program as required. On-going feedback and guidance is provided.
