We need to learn which foods nourish, heal and balance our hormones and which foods cause inflammation, gut dysbiosis and harm. In order to figure this out, we need to understand our relationship with food. Stress, anxiety, fear, and negative self talk can powerfully affect our hormones and deplete the metabolism, deregulate appetite, and impair healing of the body.
Certain foods we eat can also make our hormones go out of balance, which can lead to inflammation in the body, and cause gut and digestion issues, pains in the body, and eventually injury and disease.
Every body is different and needs to be assessed differently. Learning how to make balanced, nutritious meals isn't difficult, it just takes a bit of planning, and consistent effort. The media, marketing, and the food industry DO NOT make this an easy task.

Gain an understanding of how hormones affect our metabolism, weight loss, and weight gain.
Advice, tips and guidance with food preparation and planning simple, efficient and healthy meals.
Step 2: Nutrition Coaching
Your coach will check in weekly with you to progress to the next steps, answer questions, offer advice, tips, guidance and on-going support in alignment with your goals, by phone or zoom.
A minimum of 3 months is required for habit changes. 6 and 12 month packages also available.
